Waterlea (formally known as Stamford Park) in Rowille, Victoria has been awarded a 6 Star Green Star Communities Rating by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA).
Roberts Day has led the design and planning process for Waterlea, with Stockland and a skilled consultant team, setting a new standard for sustainable urban living in Melbourne’s established eastern suburbs.
The vision for the new community, accommodating around 190 dwellings, has been developed in collaboration with the City of Knox ensuring a holistically innovative and sustainable new community.
