richard brice

economics director, VIC

‘The development decisions we make about our scarce property assets impact us all and influence the productivity of our cities and regions. Whether it be assessing economic and social impacts, changes in project feasibility or responding to a shift in the market to inform strategy, I’m passionate about working with the development community. In considering projects we need to be mindful that Government and decision makers are increasingly less interested in the bottom line and more interested in impacts on economic resilience and creating longer term value.’

Richard is an urban economist and property analyst with more than 20 years of experience working in Commonwealth, State and Local Government and in a number of property advisory businesses.

Richard enjoys leading teams to assess project impacts and provide guidance on integrated planning and design strategies that drive long term value for the community and landowners. Richard also has experience in project feasibility and transaction processes that enable land assets to be divested and delivered to the market in a way that provides value for a property portfolio.
