Downsizing done differently
Roberts Day were able to invited to assist a family to achieve their optimal vision for the family home – the delivery of six spacious apartments, many of them to be occupied by multiple generations of the same family.
Within Toorak, a premium neighbourhood characterised by large homes, Roberts Day’s guidance throughout the planning application process centred largely around how a site responsive three storey building could be achieved on the site, large enough to accommodate six apartments.
Complemented by a modern architectural response proposed by JF Architects, and a comprehensive landscaping vision for the site, successfully negotiated planning approval for a multi-unit development a will offer the occupants of each apartment with exceptional levels of internal and external amenity.
